The current parsing logic has a caching mechanism that duplicates a lot of code and allocates a number of unneeded objects. This cleans up the parsing mechanism to cache at the onset with minimal allocations. By moving to its own type (EnumStringLookup), the EnumValue itself can more easily inherit from OpenXmlValueType and get a lot of the error checking for free.
