Fix for this bug:

To test, from Visual Studio

File > New project > ASP.NET Web Application (.NET Framework) > Web Forms, select 'Microsoft identity platform' > Create
After Dependency configuration progress panel appearing > Next > Select Tenant :WTETestAd05(WTETestAd05.onmicrosoft.com), select an existing or create a new Owned applications > Next > Next > Finish
After click finish, there are some error appear
