Update "Xamarin.Google.Android.Material" to "1.7.0"

Description

v1.7.0 of the Material library has been release a few days ago. It includes some cool stuff like the new Switch design that I can't wait to use.
I waited for the "weekly stable updates" PR, but it seems to not include the Material components library.

Edit: just saw that the material library has been taken care of in this commit, so looking forward to the NuGet being published :)
