FYI @akoeplinger, I think this has your cmake/O2 changes, seeing better numbers for:

apkdiff: File 'lib/arm64-v8a/libSystem.IO.Compression.Native.so' has changed by -43,424 bytes (-6.00 %). This exceeds the threshold of 5.00 %.
apkdiff: File 'lib/arm64-v8a/libmonosgen-2.0.so' has changed by -1,584,656 bytes (-51.40 %). This exceeds the threshold of 5.
