1ES Hosted image doesn't seem to exist just yet, but I created https://dnceng.visualstudio.com/internal/_git/dotnet-helix-machines/pullrequest/25774 to add the 20.04/22.04 build.ubuntu... versions. |

Put into validate until https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/internal/_build/results?buildId=1994544&view=results is green. |

build.ubuntu.2004.amd64* and build.ubuntu.2204.amd64* are ready for rollout and should be available for main pool provider usage on 9/21/2022 |

the new build.ubuntu* images are live and ready for use, closing this. @dougbu let me know if you have any issues with them (had to update a few dependencies to be able to build them) |
