Add actions drop down to resources in graph view #8634

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.
The 9.2 resource graph is awesome, but it would be even better if I could quickly restart / view logs / view traces directly from the graph view.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like some way to get to the actions list on a resource - maybe by right clicking a resource on the graph.
