Description

Removes "November" mention, and use "Integration" instead of component.

@sebastienros should the file be renamed to Aspire_Integrations_Progress.md?

maybe also the path src/Components to src/Integrations ?

Folder renaming is too costly for existing PRs and cross project references.
The filename might be simpler, just need to find the references to this file.
