This started as simple bug fixes for 6.1.1, but evolved into a 6.2.0 release.

• Fixes VersionedMetadataController is not in Swagger configuration #893
• Fixes Issue with multiple routes on a controller method #896

Enhancements

• Adds ApiVersionMetadata copy constructor
• Type-forwards routing parsing for Web API from API Explorer to core library
• Adds support for OData metadata routes
• Adds IApiVersionDescriptionProviderFactory (to enable DI within DescribeApiVersions)
• Adds custom group naming formatting in the API Explorer
