[OSX] Can't terminate process via Ctrl+C when webserver has started #137

On alpha4, mono 3.6.1 and OSX 10.9 (running with zsh) I can't kill the k process via Ctrl+C on when the webserver has started.

Interestingly though Ctrl+C works just fine when some kind of error occurs, such as "port is already in use".

Sounds like a duplicate of aspnet/KestrelHttpServer#9 (comment)

Woops, you're right. I think we can safely close this one then :)
