The URL in the readme when running "dnx . web" in Windows was incorrect. I know this is a nothing pull request -- but it may save someone else the time I spent trying to figure out why using port 5001 was not working.

Looks like we've changed the samples to be 5001 at some point since they all appear to be 5001 at the moment. Closing it for now.

Thanks for the PR though, it has taken me a while to get to it. But not because it I don't appreciate the little doc changes.
