The dotnet-suggest package is at src/System.CommandLine.Suggest/dotnet-suggest.csproj, which makes it hard to find. Based on ordinary project structure, I would expect to find it at src/dotnet-suggest/dotnet-suggest.csproj.

Is there any reason to call the dir System.CommandLine.Suggest? I don't see this name being referenced anywhere.
