[NET10] Pop Ups async

Slight update though we have this changed captured from an April update with preview 3.

Description:

• Summary: .NET 10 introduces Async-suffixed pop-up APIs and obsoletes the non-Async variants. Update docs to use DisplayAlertAsync and DisplayActionSheetAsync (DisplayPromptAsync unchanged).
• Files changed:
  • docs/user-interface/includes/pop-ups-dotnet10.md
• Monikers: Preserves <= .NET 9 content; adds/updates >= .NET 10 guidance.
• Verification: Aligned with .NET MAUI .NET 10 source (Async suffix; non-Async obsoleted).
• Notes:
  • Add async/await usage guidance on UI thread context.
  • No behavior change for DisplayPromptAsync.

The description mentions separate content for .NET 10 but I don't see the moniker selectors? Or is it because the file is suffixed with dotnet-10?
