useb parameter in Windows install script isn't documented

From https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/microsoft.powershell.utility/invoke-webrequest?view=powershell-5.1 it looks like it might be an undocumented form of "-UseBasicParsing`. It might be better to be explicit if that's the case

I believe it is a PowerShell feature that you can shorten parameter names, as long as that shortening is still unique within that command. Though I couldn't find any official documentation about this.

Correct, PowerShell will match a partial parameter as long as it can only resolve to a single parameter.

You shouldn't use partial parameters in scripts. If the command introduces a parameter named useb in a future version, this would break the script.
