Support owned JSON properties with TPT/TPC inheritance #37445

EF 11 supports complex JSON properties with TPT/TPC inheritance (#28443, see also #35025 and PR #37410). #28443 used to track owned JSON properties with TPT/TPC (and gathered a lot of votes), but I believe that need was met with complex types, and so that issue was converted to track that.
This issue covers specifically owned JSON properties with TPT/TPC, assuming there are scenarios which the already-implemented complex JSON properties do not cover. Note that we are considering deprecating owned JSON altogether (#37290), in which case this issue would no longer be relevant.
If anyone has a reason to specifically want owned JSON mapping (as opposed to complex), please post on #37290 with your reasons.
