Resource Monitoring has network metrics on Windows, see this file. We need to add the same for Linux.

Q: Why was it not added in the first place?
A: When the code was being migrated from the internal repo to here in 2023, network metrics for Linux did not exist in the internal repo back then, and they were added only later. Now we need to add it in this repo as well.
