[AI Evaluation] Improve interaction for metric cards in the report #6037
Description
Currently one has to hover over a metric card in the report to view additional details (such as diagnostics, reasons and contexts) specific to that metric. This makes it difficult to copy paste / screenshot these details amongst other things.
It would be nice to update the interaction such that one can click on a metric card to view the additional details for the selected metric in a new (collapsible?) section beneath the elements that display the conversation history.
