Fixes #5027., improve contrib experience.
When a contributor opens VisualFsharp.sln for the first time, the VSIX is set as the startup project.
This is some witchcraft, but not only does a project have to be third(!?) in the list of projects, it also has to be in the first solution folder listed. 🤣
Anyway, it seems to work.
Hopefully we are rid of .sln files soon enough?
