Page wont show when navigated, but will after returning from background

Description

Migrated app from Xamarin.Forms, 3 projects structure remained.
Our page inherits from ContentPage with some additions on top.
Navigating using NavigationPage, not using Shell.
On Android, user navigate 3 pages after root and gets a white screen.
If we put app in background and return, that last page shows correctly:

While debugging everything loads as should, no error/warning/exceptions, even with the issue.
Not reproduced on iOS.
Currently targeting net7.0-android33 with minimum version 28.0.
Reproduced on multiple Android devices.
