I2_Spacing_Horizontal grid

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to iOS.
2.Click I2_Spacing_Vertical list(ItemSpacing).
3.Enter 100.
4.Move the cursor forward.

Actual result:
When the cursor is moved forward, it jumps randomly, and the entered value cannot be modified.

Expected result:
Once the cursor is moved forward, the position should be fixed and the entered value can be modified.

Not a regression. It can also be reproduced on 9.0.30, 8.0.100, and 8.0.3.
