[Windows] CarouselView ItemTemplate Not Updating at Runtime

Description

The CarouselView in the application is not dynamically updating its ItemTemplate when the user selects a different ItemTemplate.

Actual Output	Expected Output

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the application. CarouselViewIssue 18.zip
2. Select a different RadioButton (e.g., "Grid Layout" or "Image View").
3. Notice that the CarouselView does not update its ItemTemplate to reflect the selected option.

Expected Behavior
The CarouselView should dynamically update its ItemTemplate based on the selected RadioButton.

Actual Behavior
The CarouselView does not update its ItemTemplate dynamically.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio 17.14.0 Preview 3.0 with MAUI versions (9.0.60, 9.0.0 & 8.0.100). It can be reproduced on Windows.
