Aspire ServiceDefaults project name doesn't use provided name #30365

Description

When I created a new project from the template .NET MAUI for .NET Aspire Service Defaults I provided the name "SentenceStudio.ServiceDefaults" and the folder took that name correctly, but the csproj took a name like "MauiApp.ServiceDefaults.csproj" which broke the normal convention that we get with other project types.

This happens on the net10.0 branch, make sure any changes target that branch.
