This PR changes
IdSpanto allows empty strings and instead prevents emptyGrainType,GrainInterfaceType, andGrainId.Keyvalues. This fixes an issue with transactions which is present in 'main' but not in any released build.Microsoft Reviewers: Open in CodeFlow
