Allow project references without "paths" #222
Description
Today, xproj allows you to have named projects without paths - the project is found under the source root specifying in global.json.
We might be able to introduce a new project reference concept - that lets you specify just the name of the project/folder that you want to reference, and have it automatically resolve to a project within the project root. Maybe this is the thing that we opt into transitive references by default?
