'override' completion not working for source generated methods in Visual Studio 2022

I use source generator to produce classes with virtual methods. Iam able to browse the methods, but on select for auto completion Visual Studio shows a prompt telling me to wait. It shuts down with no result? Iam able to do the overrides manually but not with the auto complete feature.

@jasonmalinowski this is easy to reproduce in Roslyn. Open Binder.cs (which is in the same project that CSharpSyntaxGenerator runs in), and add the following at the top just inside the namespace:

internal class ExampleVisitor : CSharpSyntaxVisitor<int>
{
}

In the body of ExampleVisitor, type override VisitQualifiedName and press Tab.

Expected result

internal class ExampleVisitor : CSharpSyntaxVisitor<int>
{
    public override int VisitQualifiedName(QualifiedNameSyntax node)
    {
        return base.VisitQualifiedName(node);
    }
}

Actual result

internal class ExampleVisitor : CSharpSyntaxVisitor<int>
{
    override VisitQualifiedName(Syntax.QualifiedNameSyntax node)
}

We've had another report of this that didn't involve a generated method being overridden, so this might be something more general.
