Why it won't work on macOS 15.0

My mac newly upgraded to macos 15.0 but .net doesn't work anymore, I've upgraded to 8.0.8 and it doesn't fix it!

Failed to create CoreCLR, HRESULT: 0x8007000C

I couldn't figure out the best area label to add to this issue. If you have write-permissions please help me learn by adding exactly one area label.

I Also Have This Problem On My Mac 15.1, Error Message is same

Since this is an unable to spawn CoreCLR error I will transfer to runtime.

The next steps the runtime team would probably need to diagnose this is a corehost trace logging what the runtime was attempting to load.
