That is possible.

These tests load a native dll that starts threads, enters the runtime, causes unhandled exceptions...

We have other similar tests. They are marked as incompatible with llvmfullaot. I guess these should be marked incompatible as well.

The whole area was blocked on Mono and my change unblocked all tests. Thus these started running.
