We do e2e workload tests using recent installers so that we can validate changes in runtime and sdk and catch problems with enough time to fix them. Previously we were just using net8 channel latest builds which had a tendency to make wbt CI go red on random prs causing confusion and excessive merge on red. We can move the version updating to an action if we don't want darc to be aware of it.
