Looks like the contents of core/json/world_universities_and_domains.json were changed. I am not sure why though and primarily asking just to understand it better.

The university in question, itself states that as its name, in the site title:
https://www.google.com/search?q=National+Institute+of+Technology+Trichy&rlz=1C1GCEU_enUS820US821&oq=National+Institute+of+Technology+Trichy&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Here's the source: https://github.com/Hipo/university-domains-list and if we fetch the data from that site, it will still contain the previous name.
