Issues fixed:

Replace invalid characters in trx with unicode escape character (issue [Urgent] TRX logger produces invalid XML file microsoft/vstest#320)
Standard error messages from testhost are passed to console runner (issue Better error message when netcore runtime is not installed microsoft/vstest#281)
Add autogenerated header to Program.cs (issue Add autogenerated header for generated program.cs microsoft/vstest#420)
Change type name of autogenerated entrypoint (issue Generated program file on netcoreapp1.0 is in global namespace microsoft/vstest#430)
Show adapter messages on runner output (issue Tests silently fail when custom test cases fail to deserialize/serialize. (.net core) microsoft/vstest#300)
Use RC.3 VSSDK manifests for vsix generation
MSBuild warning on simple xunit test project (issue Xunittest MSB3277 conflicts between different assembly versions microsoft/vstest#433)
