When testing locally I noticed that the logging patterns that our test.fixture code waits for have changed. This PR updates the pattern to support the new format w/o breaking old format, and adds resources necessary to get zookeeper and kafka 1.0.0 running. Once the final version is released we can add to .travis.yml for automated testing.
