Tweak Vim selection color (visual mode)

Current color is not so distinct on some displays, see #156.

Screenshots

The selection color is alike the background color, making it difficult to distinct:

With the change, it looks more obvious:

after

I believe this really depends on the display and personal eye but perhaps this tiny change would make the selection more obvious.

Hi @ashchan. The themes here are outdated as they are getting ready to be removed in favor of our new organization based repositories. Please see https://github.com/dracula/vim instead. If there is still an issue, please feel free to submit a PR there.

@nesl247 I sent a PR to the dracula/vim repository. Still want to make the selection color a bit obvious(before we have a better color option: dracula/vim#1).
