Alibaba Dragonwell 17 Release follows this specification: dragonwell-17.[Upstream Merge BuildNumber].[Internal Release BuildNumber]+[Upstream GA BuildNumber]

Upstream Merge BuildNumber is updated when we merge the upsteam GA version
Internal Release BuildNumber is updated when dragonwell17 releases a GA version
Upstream GA BuildNumber is the same build number inherited from upstream
