feat: update Czech translations

This PR updates the Czech translation file (cz.js) to include missing keys and improve existing translations. This ensures better localisation coverage for Czech users and fixes some untranslated strings.

Changes
Added missing keys:
dbml_view, tab_view, label, many_side_label
version, versions, no_saved_versions, record_version
commited_at, read_only, continue, restore_version
restore_warning, return_to_current, no_changes_to_record
click_to_view, load_more, clear_cache, cache_cleared
failed_to_record_version, failed_to_load_diagram, see_all
insert_sql, upload_file, enum_deleted
Updated existing keys:
edit_relationship: Fixed untranslated placeholder.
export_saved_data: Added Czech translation.
