Add module_name option to replace src #148

Allow the user to change the name of the default module (currently src).

I've been running with this change for a while.

This was inspired by the conversation in #140. using project_name is sometimes not a good choice (due to punctuation like hyphen/underscore, or overly long project names). By making it a separate option (defaulting to src) you have the best of all worlds.

Looks like this feature will be implemented as part of this.
