Improve documentation, API design, and code quality across all workspace crates: - Add comprehensive documentation and examples to fdt-raw README - Enhance error handling and API consistency across parser implementations - Add doc workflow to CI for API documentation generation - Improve property access and node iteration APIs - Add better support for interrupt controllers, clocks, and PCI nodes - Refactor encode module for cleaner DTB serialization - Update version numbers and dependencies across workspace
