Y Scroll on Subtheme install

I noticed one UX flaw when installing, I attached a screenshot.

When I select the subtheme the y overflow goes mad tall.

So this is an odd one because, I am not sure where to put the css, maybe hot_core (that seems loaded) ?? It is prior to kalatheme css getting loaded and I can only replicate on pantheon.

The CSS that is making it sad is from the base theme seven in style.css, if we change these attribs to:
body.in-maintenance #page {width: 970px; }
body.in-maintenance #content { width: 700px; }
body.in-maintenance #content #kalapreview-image-load-image img { width:90%; }

This will address the issues at hand

@labboy0276 the problem with putting them in hot_core is that we're reverting that back to panopoly_core, I'm guessing that @dsnopek doesn't want that in Panopoly.

The hotsauce.css file isn't loaded at that point, right?

@reynoldsalec @labboy0276 i am pretty sure you can just put this in hotsauce.css in the profile

That said there is actually a deeper issue in play here. When the ajax request is being made the theme is being returned as bartik when it should be seven. Part of this is because you can't actually run ajax requests from an install profile as per

which probably needs work.

I would investigate from this perspective and see if it can illuminate things at all.
