Add Kalatheme 4.x dependencies

Since we are now going to rely on other contrib modules to provide functionality that was in Kalatheme a la views plugins and libraries handling we are going to want to include those dependencies in hotsauce.

Can you list the dependencies here and any outstanding issues for those modules that may be blockers? ie if the bootstrap libraries module does not allow for 1 library for 1 theme.

• Bootstrap libraries will not be ready in time for a good release. I do not want to change the kalatheme wiring much here.

If that is the case we need to resolve the libraries integration error that seems to be happening

magic only does if you configure it to move scripts to the bottom.

globalredirect & page_title

As a high level goal here... we should only include extra things here if they are going to be used in almost all of our builds. I'm not sure things like globalredirect and page_title fit the bill but i defer to you guys.

Another high level goal is stability. Let's try to only include stable modules or beta's with great support and activity.

I want kalatheme and hotsauce to be lean and fit not a bloated hot_mess

Agreed with @pirog; for now I think the Kalatheme wish-list is a good start, might consider globalredirect since it does get used a shload.

@bassettsj concerning magic js position settings, is that something we'll need to put into an overrides module to ensure expected WYSIWYG functionality?
