Maybe put this in the docs for people with custom libs older than 3.2 #108

This is how you can use your default.config to load all your settings and get a 3.2 lib:

go to https://gist.github.com
put content from your config.json file
name the new gist config.json
publish the gist (anonymously or under your name)
save the gist number - the number in the gist url
open bootstrap customizer (http://getbootstrap.com/customize) or your local one
add the gist number to the url "?id=your_gist_number"

3.2 now gives you this url, but prior did not

@katypool is going to lead up our dev consolidation efforts. This is good, does bootstrap document this anywhere?

negative, i found it on stackoverflow here:

it saves mucho time and it does work flawlessly
