Support for Literate CoffeeScript #36
Description
Add support for .litcoffee files and compile them into JS.

Adding .litcoffee as a recognised extension in NetBeans as text/coffeescript doesn't allow the code to compile. It doesn't recognise un-indented text as comments and neither does the compiler.
