Project creation opening

The server will open up the main file page in the browser.

A dialog will allow someone to open up the previous project, a file created in the project will list the project directory and the project name (this is sent back to the server for the knowing where the files are)

For making a new project a directory option is opened using python a new file is created that writes the directory and the project name
