Official support of Python 3.14

Note: This should not be marked as a duplicate of #139 because the request is official support beyond nightly/pre- builds.

Specifically, this comment #139 (comment) mentions that this is not officially supported but the issue has been closed.

I'd like an issue that stays open until official support is added so I can subscribe and be notified when that happens.

DuckDB 1.4.2 will have Python 3.14 support (see PR). You can keep this issue open if you like and we'll close it at some point, but it's likely you'll notice the 1.4.2 release long before we close this issue so I don't recommend treating this issue as a "release announcement" event queue ;-)
