It was assumed this was the same as the filtered port vulnerability, but they are distinct.

Previously we had this exploit as a demo of a historic address bar spoofing issue. Since then, it was accidentally removed in favour of the filtered ports exploit. However, it is now obvious that they are distinct issues, therefore I reintroduce it.
