Like the AppleScript page, this page links to and provides shell scripts you can use to extend the functionality of ControlPlane.

System

Adjust Sleep Timer: Set or disable the sleep timer.
Reboot into Windows: Make the next reboot boot into windows. (Also has an AppleScript version.)

Time Machine

Instant Time Machine Backup: Trigger a local Time Machine backup at will. (This is now built into ControlPlane)
Check Time Machine Disk: Run a fast volume check on large Time Machine backup disks.

Dropbox

Toggle Dropbox Proxy: Change the proxy mode for Dropbox.
