OCR (optical character recognition) does not work

Yes! Sorry for the late response.

This is a bug. Fixed in v2.9.5 zelon88/HRConvert2@9955663 and documented in zelon88/HRConvert2@f5f680c.

Please update your installed version of HRConvert2 to v2.9.5 and try this conversion again.
