TUI: when choosing to add all files cecli hangs forever in "processing answer"

Issue

In TUI mode:
When the model wants to add several files to chat, and users chooses all. Cecli hangs for over on processing. See screenshot:

When users presses escape, the next file appears, and all is already written.
The user needs to press escape after each file added. And event after the last file a few more escapes are necessary, until stuff is sent to the model.

In this screen shot you just see the other files. But after each all, i had to press escape.

and add the end the models complains for a lot (almost all?) files that it didn't receive them.
