@iteles I have an idea for this ... and it's one companies/organisations will line up around the block to pay for because it guarantees anonymity for the sender of the feedback while still allowing a response mechanism i.e. we can reply to anonymous feedback and the person who posted the original comment will receive the reply! 😮 |

Once the decisions around what type of feedback is valuable and who that feedback should be from have been made, we will need to determine how to collect that feedback.
There are a few feedback tools on the market, does anyone know of any good ones? Could you tell us specifically what is good about them?
We could whip one up ourselves pretty quickly but it would be advantageous to know what has worked well for people in the past or what they have seen that is appealing.
