So far our culture at dwyl has been one that we have created together, based on simple values (https://dwyl.com/values), guided by a strong contributing process and
enacted through the amount of resources we put into our learning materials, the actions of each one of us and a quality tech stack.
This had been working well until earlier this year but it's time to formalise this in some way without losing it's magic and better communicate it.
