Goal for 2017

Our goal for 2017 is to "get healthy" and help others by documenting our research, findings and progress!

• feel/get (myself) healthy through nutrition, exercise, sleep and prayer/mindfulness/meditation
• help at least one other person I know/love achieve their health goals in 2017 or 2018!

Are you documenting this in your personal repo or are we creating a central repo for health resources under dwyl?

This could get very interesting given all of the different and sometimes conflicting theories on what is healthy out there!

@iteles the repo has been transferred to @dwyl now. 👍

My reason(ing) for creating it as a personal repo was simple: I think each person should be responsible for their own health...

But... if you want to collaborate on the research/documenting we might as well move the repo to @dwyl so it's shared. ❤️ ✅

Also, there is evidence to suggest that the people in our lives can either make our nutrition progress easy, or a difficult dependent on their choices because we are influenced by our loved ones... so if you are interested in being healthier (which you have shown some interest in the past...) then I would love you to be involved! 😍

Closing this issue as I achieved most of my goals in 2017
and continue focussing on the rest in my personal repos. (avoids spamming other people...)
