Bug Description

files are not deleted from temp folders after sync from the admin area

How to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set developer mode
  2. Use GitHub sync
  3. Check the temp folder after sync

Problem is that I got the list from my hosting provider about hacked files (detected by their own scan) and those files are listed there:

/temp/e107-master.zip: {HEX}php.exe.globals.414.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
/temp/e107-master/e107_tests/tests/unit/e_fileTest.php: {HEX}php.exe.globals.414.UNOFFICIAL FOUND
