Feature request-forum for poll function

I did not find it and not sure this is bug or feature.

PS: I forgot V1 forum system had it or not.

v1 and v2 support polls in the forums. Closing this.

i regulatly had this too, opening admin section and returning to forum fixed it.. for a while
(upgrade v1, forum had many problems, see spam issue seems to be related to userlevels not working ok)

Please see if the following steps fix this issue:

• Apply the latest Github files
• Go to the forum plugin preferences and update the setting Enable polls for (set it to a class you belong to, e.g. members, admins, etc.)
• Test and see if the Poll option appears.

This is how it looks on the Bootstrap 3 theme. This bit is located below the text area when posting a new topic. I'll update the layout to BS3 as well as it looked way better on Bootstrap 2.

Made another tweak but that shouldn't influence functionality. Please retest and see if the forum polls now work for you guys.

• Apply the latest Github files
• Go to the forum plugin preferences and update the setting Enable polls for (set it to a class you belong to, e.g. members, admins, etc.)
• Run a 'Tools > Database > Check plugin directory for changes' scan
• Test and see if the Poll option appears and works

By default the Enable polls for setting is set to 'No one (inactive)'. To enable polls in the forum, you'll need to set the userclass. This is done because some people may want polls on their website, just not on their forums. I'm considering switching this setting to 'Main admin' by default.
